2019 ACO QPP Roadmap

Offerings for each ACO Level and Track from top ACO MACRA Experts

We all have big decisions to face as a result of the 2019 MSSP Final Rule.  The MACRA Monitor team has built out four cost-effective Offerings to support the process of deciding and executing the MACRA-related dimension of your ACO for 2019.  We can't make all your MSSP decisions, but we can offload the MACRA part.  And beyond analysis, each offering includes LEAN process improvement for your CQMs, Security Risk Assessment, powerful financial assessment tools, annual data submission, and unique provider engagement dashboards.

MACRA Financial Analysis Offering – For as little as $1,000 we can start the process of determining the MACRA financial impact on the ACO overall, as well as at the level of each individual member TIN.  The bottom line is a comparison between your revenue picture under MIPS APM, Advanced APM, Group and Individual scenarios.  Our analysis starts with publicly-available data and takes practically no time at all (especially from your team).  If you elect to move to advanced analysis,  we easily pull standard data from CEHRT.  It does not matter how many TINs are involved - each member gets their own picture of each option.

A. Advanced APM Offering – If you choose the two-sided risk track, our team will regularly analyze each provider's status under QP, Partial QP (submitting / not submitting )MIPS status.  For providers "falling out" of QP status, we will collect the necessary data, collaborate with them to optimize their PI, CPIA and CQM scores, and submit their data at year end.

B. Track 1 Risk Offering – ACOs with start dates after 2017 can take a little longer to decide, and can go through most of 2019 with business as usual.  The reality is the 2019 will be harder then prior years, and ACOs need to continue to move the ball forward.  We can improve CQM, increase provider engagement, and help mitigate the loss of the "automatic" 50 point Base score for PI that happens this year.

C. Exit and Unwind your ACO – If your most prudent decision is to exit the MSSP program, your providers will expect a responsible transition plan.  You gave them great support for MACRA and CQM.  MACRA Monitor's ACO Transition offering gives them all your team did, and adds automated MACRA data submission, Registry CQM support, and individualized MACRA consulting.

MACRA Dollars Matter, too

For most of your providers, MACRA will be as big as ... or even bigger than ... your ACO level shared savings or losses.  And providers assume "the ACO takes care of that for us".

Managing Shared Savings Risk is your main job.  Managing MACRA is ours.

Outsourcing MACRA to us is a cost-effective way to take care of your providers on MACRA, so all your best resources can focus on doing what you do best.

Aco's need monthly macra optimization

You can't optimize MACRA at Year End

Improving MACRA Metrics comes from a regular program, throughout the year.  We get started as soon as a full month's data is available, and follow a regimen of extract, report, analyze and plan and act for every month thereafter.
