For each encounter, an interactive decision tree walks through the clinical criteria and assigns the correct Performance Met, Not Met, or Exception code — no memorizing measure specs required. Multi-measure encounters are handled in a single chart pull. Charts can be attached directly to encounters for reference or audit.
