UCMC ACO - 2024 member Reporting requirements

E-Mail C3 Partners

ACO eCQM requirement for 2025

Introduction to what is new in 2025, and what are your new Quality Reporting requirements

Quality reporting requirements

Video 1: What is exected from you?

There are new ACO Quality Reporting standards for 2024 and beyond.  Providers will need to generate a new type of report, called QRDA-I.  We will walk you through a test period to generate the new content and get it loaded to the UCMC database.

Once your testing phase is completed, you will need to provide quality data to the ACO for every calendar quarter.

Video 2: What is QRDA-I and how do I get it?

QRDA-I is a quality reporting file format that will send patient-level encounters to the ACO.  This is a new process to the ACO, to you and probably to your EHR vendors.   Your EHR should be  able to provide this, but our first step will be to verify with them that this is possible, and obtain their instructions on how to do so.

Video 3: Once I have my QRDA-I, how do I get it to UCMC ACO?

Files get securely loaded to the ACO using an SFTP transfer tool.  This video describes how you obtain and use that tool.

Video 4: Data Validation

Everyone loves to achieve high quality!  Once the ACO has been able to process your QRDA-I file, the C3 team will work with you to review the results.  We look for accuracy and completeness first, then focus on how the data helps us find areas for improvement.
