We will need a little data from your systems, to evaluate your preliminary MIPS scores, from which we can derive a strategy recommendation. There will be a modest cost for our time ... but no commitment on your part to go any further.

We start with pulling data from CMS Data.Gov, PECOS, and the CMS QPP system. It is amazing how little information you have to provide us!

Your EHR provides much of what we will need. And don't panic ... in most cases that data are all easily available via standard reports.
If necessary, we will go on a zoom call with you and your vendor to help find the necessary content.

If you are part of an ACO, it makes sense to find out how the ACO is performing in the current year. You will generally only benefit from submitting MACRA data when your results exceed the ACO average.

In some cases, we will need to reach out to your EHR software vendor. But don't worry, even this task takes very little (if any) of your own time.
